Gavel Club for Kids

We are here to help you speak in front of a large crowd. It takes time and patience. We provide the safe space for your child to speak, make mistakes and learn from these mistakes.
This is your time to try out for your school speech team and use our group to practice.

TED Ed Student Talks

As Organizers of TED Ed Student Talks, we host an annual event for our student- members. After going through nine levels of speech development, the kids are able to confidently deliver professional-grade speeches to a large audience.

Youth Leadership

We follow the Toastmasters leadership programs. Your child will get a chance to pick up leadership skills by playing a different role each week and mentoring new members as needed. You will have chances to be with friends and network to make new friends.

We will take your child through phases of Leadership Training. Watch them grow to be future leaders. Watch them get comfortable expressing themselves. Watch them get comfortable enough to be an influencer to other children.

Our Project Work Flow

Our Work Process

The driving force behind our successful process lies in three main:

  • Learn while having fun
  • Structure & Organization
  • Work in Teams – Always have a mentor

Phase 1

Children of ages 8 to 10 learn the art of Public Speaking. As Gavel Club Members, they follow the Toastmasters process of weekly organized meetings.

Phase 2

Children of ages 11 to 12 Continue to learn advanced techniques in Public Speaking. Some will take part in the TED Ed Student Talks.

Phase 3

Students of ages 13 to 14 will be mentored by the older students. Focus will be on speeches and debates related to Career and Leadership Activities.
04

Phase 4

Students above 14 years will lead by mentoring at the Club. They will get the opportunity to speak at a TEDx Youth event and manage group projects.
